Brewing Suggestions:
- Grind your coffee just before brewing. Roasted and ground coffee stales quickly when exposed to air.
- Brewed coffee is more than 98% water. It is important to use fresh, cold water. Never use distilled or soft water.
- Use approximately 2 rounded tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 ounces of water and adjust to taste. Experiment, only you know how you like your coffee.
- Fresh-brewed coffee degrades over time, especially when left on a burner or warmer. It is best when consumed within an hour. Reheating or boiling brewed coffee is not recommended.
